Felicity Donovan

One Child. Two Systems.

A Failure of Truth.

On October 18, 2023, our 16-year-old Indigenous daughter, Felicity, told her school counsellor she had recently attempted suicide and had an ongoing plan. This should have triggered an immediate, robust response from two trusted public institutions. Instead, it began a catastrophic, multi-layered failure of care — followed by denial and deceit. This is the documented, evidence-based story of what happened.
